Little Bobby Genovese was recently diagnosed with stage 3 liver cancer. He is only 2 years old, and faces a long uphill battle. He is undergoing chemotherapy treatment and will ultimatley need a new liver. The family is going to need all the help they can get as they go through this difficult time.
